Ram Set to Kill ProMaster City Van

Stellantis plans to discontinue the RAM ProMaster City, this is RAMs smallest van segment. After 2022, this smaller van segment will be getting rapidly smaller to focus on electric vans instead, especially with the Ford Transit Connect, and Nissan NV200 also discontinuing their smaller vans as well.

This smaller van segment has shrunk over the last four to five years. What brought people to this segment originally was for the fuel economy but with electric becoming more widely known and pushed, it could encourage those to make the switch to the electric Vans.
