PSA & FCA Merger

Fiat Chrysler Automobiles and PSA Group are planning to finalize their merger ahead of schedule as disruptions to the auto industry continues. By merging, the two companies will be able to capitalize on their synergies during this global pandemic. FCA and PSA would form the world’s fourth-largest automaker. Representatives of PSA and FCA confirmed the target to complete the combination in the first quarter of next year.
