Hyundai Ioniq 5 is the 2022 EV of the Year

Hyundai’s Ioniq 5, an electric-only model with a sharp-edged design, was named Car and Driver’s Electric Vehicle of the Year. It’s only the second year the award has been given. “The IONIQ 5 is an attractive proposition for buyers who desire the performance, range, and charging speeds of far more expensive EVs at an accessible price,” said Tony Quiroga, editor-in-chief, Car and Driver.
