General Motors Gets a New Logo
The well-known GM logo gets a lowercase revamp, changing its look for the first time in a decade – and only the fifth time in its history. GM states the new fading blue logo is intended to evoke “the clean skies of a zero-emission future and the energy of the Ultium battery platform.” GM is now aiming to have 30 electric vehicles on the market by 2025. Mary Barra has also stated the automaker wouldn’t rule out a future name change (perhaps simply, Ultium), however, at the moment is more focus on developing the future of electric vehicles.
